was born in Dublin, raised in Cobh, Co Cork and won the World Irish dance Championships in 1992. Five years later she joined Riverdance and performed around the world, ending up on Broadway. She went on to tour with Magic of the Dance and various other Irish dance shows before moving to east London.
was born in Cardiff, Wales, and fancied himself as a bit of a Fred Astaire type, training in tap, ballet and Irish dance. He teamed up with Suzanne in both Riverdance and Magic of the Dance before studying for a degree in Arts Management and Theatre. He lives in east London with Jonny Reed.
Between them they accumulated, World, North American, All Scotland and Great British, Irish dance championship titles and are qualified dance teachers.
As Up & Over It, they premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2009 and have since performed around the world including, New York, Berlin, Paris and London. In 2012 they joined the cast of the award-winning La Soiree at the Roundhouse, London and have performed in legendary theatre and cabaret shows such as Crazy Horse and The Box. They’re also a regular fixture on London’s alternative cabaret scene performing with shows such as Duckie, Time Out’s Alternative Eurovsion and Friday Night Freak Show at the Udderbelly.
In 2010, they went viral with their hand dancing video We No Speak Americano ft. Cleary & Harding, directed by Jonny Reed. Since then their online videos have been viewed over 10 million times on YouTube.
